Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary as we fulfill orders from different centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7–10 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer depending on destination and customs.

When will my order ship? Please allow 24–48 hours of production and handling time for your order to ship out.

Where is my tracking number? Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at Admin@vitality.coffee.
Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for Coffee and Tea? Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. To process a refund, please email Admin@vitality.coffee with the following:

A clear photo of the product/issue.

The photo and description are essential information for us to have to ensure our standards are being upheld. They are not outcome determinative for you to get a refund. Â

What is your return policy for Accessories? We accept returns on non-perishable items (accessories, kettles, etc.) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense in original packaging. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Can I get a refund if my package is already in transit? No. Refunds for non-perishable items can only be processed once the item is returned to us. If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Is your coffee ethically sourced? Absolutely. We partner with roasters who take immense pride in their craft and their community. Our beans are ethically sourced, ensuring fair wages and strictly prohibiting child labor. Our confidence in our suppliers is why we are able to stand behind our product with a satisfaction guarantee.

How should I store my coffee? If you are enjoying your coffee as a daily brew, keeping it in the original bag is perfectly fine. For longer-term storage, we recommend an airtight container kept in a cool, dark place to ensure the flavor stays fresh until you're ready to brew.
Cancellations & Address Changes

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order with no penalty before it ships. If the item has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy.

I entered the wrong address! What do I do? If you notice an error, please reply to your order confirmation or email Admin@vitality.coffee immediately. We can update the address within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
